How to contact the Vietnam Embassy in Kiribati?

The Kiribati passport holders may contact the nearest Vietnamese representative offices in neighboring countries: Cuba, Panama or Mexico to receive pre-stamped visa on the passport or apply for visa on arrival instead. The citizens of other countries, who are living in Kiribati wishing to travel Vietnam, are suggested to apply for visa on arrival to save time and cost.
Visa on arrival is an alternative way to obtain a visa to Vietnam in addition to the traditional way of obtaining a visa at Vietnam Embassy or Consulates. It is especially beneficial for those who stay far from the Vietnamese Embassy or who need emergency visa done in very short time.
