How to get emergency visa for Vietnam

How early we can arrange your rush visa

On working days (Monday to Friday) we can arrange your visa within 8 hours, 4 hours, 2 working or even 30 minutes to 1 hour (office time).
On weekend or holiday, we can arrange your visa by 12:00 PM at noon Vietnam time (if you send the request and make payment before 9:00 AM) or 18:00 Vietnam time (if you send the request and make payment before 13:00)

If we receive your visa request and payment before 9:00 AM Vietnam time, visa approval letter is delivered by 18:00 same day. Otherwise, visa approval letter will be delivered by next day.

+ 4 hours service (Monday to Friday)

Visa approval letter is delivered twice a day:
If we receive you visa application and payment before 9:00 AM, visa approval letter is delivered by 12:00 PM at noon;
If we receive you visa application and payment before 13:30, visa approval letter is delivered by 17:30 – 18:00;

How to apply for a rush visa service

Before applying a rush visa please ensure you select processing time correctly by checking the working hours in Vietnam. There is NO visa processed before 8:00 AM and after 6:00 PM; and current time and date in Vietnam is 02:01:42 AM on September 27, 2023. If your flight departs before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM Vietnam time and you have only 1 hour or less to get on the plane while your visa approval letter hasn’t been done yet, you should change the flight to have more time to arrange your visa.

The process to apply for a rush visa service as follows:

Step 1: Fill in the online application form with required information and appropriate processing time;
Step 2: Check the information against your passport to ensure everything is correct and press ‘submit’;
Step 3: Make payment using your credit/debit cards or PayPal and receive visa approval letter via email after several hours (depend on the processing time selected in step 1);
Step 4: Print out the letter of approval and bring along with original passport, photo, stamping fee to get on the plane. Upon arrival, you present all documents at visa counter, pay the stamping and get visa stamped onto passport.
