List of countries are eligible for e-visa 2017 – 2024

The e-visa was first introduced by the Vietnam Immigration Department from 2017. Since then, there are several trial stages of e-visa applying to the specific nationalities and now, all the nationalities are eligible for Vietnam e-visa application.

From August 15th, 2023 to present

Vietnam e-visa is applicable for all the nationalities;

From February 1st, 2019

More 34 countries whose citizens are eligible to apply for e-visas to Vietnam:

From December 2nd, 2019

Citizens of 40 countries will be able to apply for 30-day, single-entry e-visas starting February 1st, 2017.
